I’ve used this single stage trigger a bunch hunting with cheap bullets. It stopped working probably do to filth from the cheap bulk bullets. One phone call and it was on its way. Got it back good as new for just return shipping. Great company with great products.

Amazing Customer Service

Several years ago I took my Kidd 2 stage trigger apart to better see how it works. I was very impressed but got distracted and did not put it back together right away. Then I got involved in sporting clays and was not shooting the 10/22 for several years. Recently I decided to start shooting the 10/22 again but I could not remember how to put the Kidd trigger back together. I wrote Kidd and asked how much it would cost for them to reassemble the trigger. To my amazement they said the cost would be zero, it's covered by warrantly. I immediately sent the trigger back with a bag of parts. In a week or so I got the trigger back in one piece and it was working perfectly. That is the most amazing customer service I have ever seen. What a company, and what a trigger, both are outstanding.

Gunsmith

Customer brought in a Ruger 10/22 rifle which he wanted me to switch out the factory barrel and replace it with a Kidd barrel. Very easy and straight forward task and I then took it to the range to ensure its operation. Then a surprising thing happened, a bullet became stuck in the barrel. Took the rifle back to the shop and then realized it had two (2) bullets stuck in the barrel. Tried several procedures to remove the bullets without success. Contacts Kidd customer service and they advised me to return the barrel to them. Within 10 days, I had received a new barrel and an email saying they were unable to determine what had caused this to happen but suspected it MAY have been ammo. The new barrel was installed on the rifle and taken back to the range. I prepared 3 magazines with 10 rounds each, 10 rounds Eley ammo, 10 rounds CCI Mini, and then 10 rounds of Federal, Remington, and Winchester. All 30 fired flawlessly! Had 3 nice tight groupings. Very impressive and will now upgrade my 10/22s. Thanks!

Great trigger

I have a Kidd single stage trigger that I had worn out with over 20,000 rounds on it. I have been using it for PRS/NRL competitions set at a pull weight of 1.5LBS. I called Kidd to get a replacement hammer and sear and they said "send it in, we will warranty it." Fantastic company and fantastic trigger. I have Kidd parts in all 4 of my 10/22's.

Not all gunsmiths are gunsmith, I had purchased a Kidd single stage. He was working on a couple of my guns and I sent my 10/22 with instructions to set it as light as he could get it. Long story short it ended up in a baggy. I contacted Kidd they gave instructions, few days later email sent telling me all I owed was postage. Kidd customer service is over the top.

Warranty work

I purchased a KIDD complete 10/22 heavy Stainless barrel used on Gun Broker. I didn’t dry fire it, took it down for a cleaning. I have been a machinist for 49 years and was impressed with the quality, fit, and finish overall. I then went to the range and it wouldn’t set the 2 stage trigger. I watched Mary’s video’s several times and decided to ask for help from KIDD. They gave me a case number and I shipped it off. I received message very quickly that it was ready. I paid for return shipping and got the trigger back. I returned to the range and the gun ran super. Before I even had a chance to sort ammo brands it was tacking .5 inches or less at 50 yds. Much thanks to the professionalism of the Warranty work, and no questions asked. I absolutely love the two stage because it is so smooth.

The best of the best.

Have been building with 10/22s for a long long time. Lots of junk out there and lots of some high end stuff too. I've pretty much tried everything from all of them at one time or another. I had a Kidd 2-stage trigger on a custom 17 HMR, wanted to swap it to a 22 sub only rig with Kidd bolt and light spring set-up. Would not function right with the heavier spring. Sent it back and they handled it....like new but for my new build. You dont get quality and service like that anywhere else in this overcrowded market. Thanks TKidd for keeping on doing it always the right way, and best of the best quality. TDH

I have been using the triggers a long time and there has never been a problem. I have also used several of the Kidd barrels also no problems and very accurate. I would highly recommend all the Kidd products.
