Taxes

Texas state sales tax will be collected during checkout along with federal excise tax on all rifle sales.  This tax is then paid to the state of Texas or the Federal government respectively.  Recently some states are attempting to collect state sales tax on remote sellers.  KIDD is notifying their customers that we are not collecting sales tax other than indicated above.  KIDD is not equipped to know all the specific implications to the customer but, local tax law should be referred to in this matter.
