Avoiding lost pins — our engineering
Traditional 10/22® cross pins can slide out easily during disassembly, often
sending the trigger group to the floor. KIDD’s threaded receiver pin system
eliminates that problem entirely. The threaded screws clamp to each side of the
receiver, keeping the trigger assembly secure even when the barreled action is
out of the stock. When upgrading a non-KIDD receiver, a simple 82° countersink ensures the screws sit
flush and clean.
Installation & break-in tips

KIDD receivers come ready for these pins
·
For non-KIDD receivers, countersink each pin

the aligned trigger and receiver holes
·
Install the second screw on each pin using the
included hex wrenches
·
Tighten finger
tight only—do not apply excess torque
·
Verify smooth trigger unit alignment after
installation
