Why it matters — eliminating slop in the trigger
interface
Factory 10/22® trigger pins often fit loosely, allowing movement that
undermines bedding consistency and causes the trigger group to shift during
handling or disassembly. This threaded system removes the slack entirely: the
pins anchor the trigger guard, while small screws on each end lock the pins in
place. Your trigger stays put, your bedding remains stable, and your rifle
handles cleanly even when the action comes out of the stock.
Installation & break-in tips
·
Countersink the outside of both receiver pin holes using the included
82° tool
·
Insert the pin with one screw already installed
·
Align receiver and trigger guard holes, then
push the pin through
·
Install the second screw and snug finger tight only
·
Avoid threadlocker unless absolutely necessary
