  • Aftermarket Replacement Trigger Unit for the 10/22®
  • Easy Upgrade
  • Improve your Accuracy with a Great Breaking Trigger
  • Great new look!

Experience the premium manufacturing of Kidd Innovative Design's Single Stage Drop-in Trigger Unit.  This quick upgrade will give you a superior break without any needed gunsmithing to install.  This aftermarket 10/22® trigger is designed to adjust from 1 1/2 pounds to 5 pounds with the turn of a screw. It comes standard in silver or black anodized aluminum with our redesigned auto bolt release and interchangeable magazine lever system.

Our single stage trigger guard is CNC machined from billet to Tony's specifications.  Always following the KIDD Quality of closely held tolerances enabling the cleanest breaking single stage in the industry.

How is this different from our two stage? This single stage more closely matched the traditional function of the factory trigger except with a refined feel and adjustability. Our two stage has a travel stage where the trigger blade moves rearward for about a 1/4 of an inch before it comes to the breaking stage. Because of this travel stage our two stage trigger is able to be reduced in weight to only 6 ounces versus the lowest weight for our single stage is 1 1/2 pounds.

Note from sales department: Buy one of each, you will love them both!

Drop-in exceptions to the rule:
Our single stage trigger drops into nearly all 10/22® models with little exception.  If this trigger is going in a SR-22® please let us know so that we may remove a small amount of material from the rear tang.  With our recently updated look, we have slimmed down the rear of the trigger guard so that it now fits without modification into the pistol grip style stocks that engulf the rear of the trigger guard giving the rifle that handgun appearance around the trigger area.

All KIDD triggers require a signature upon delivery.

If I knew then what I know now...
I just recently decided to upgrade a 10/22, and then a second one. Not knowing that much, I ran across some posts, and another manufacturer was mentioned. I bought a single stage trigger from them via Midway and was pretty impressed with the improvement. In the meantime while searching Amazon for 10/22 parts I found Kidd, so I did some more research and found that many like Kidd's parts more to much more than the rest. So, when I decided to buy and upgrade a second 10/22 I decided to buy a Kidd single stage trigger. I figured it couldn't be THAT much better, but was I ever wrong. I am seriously thinking about trashing the, so-called competitor's trigger and buying a second Kidd trigger... I guess you could say that the Ruger trigger works, and the competitors trigger is good, but the Kidd trigger is awesome! If you are thinking about buying a single stage trigger, I would urge you not to make my mistake, buy a Kidd trigger and once you get it, you'll know that there are none better. I seriously doubt that any match it, but there is no way to better it.

Single Stage 10/22 Drop-In Trigger - WOW
I have never been so impressed with a drop-in mod as I am with this trigger! I went with the lowest weight on this one at can't wait to shoot it. Also added the new bolt (SS with scallops) and new charging handle. Trigger breaks with only a slight press and will be perfect for bench rest fun. I would increase the weight for anything other than bench duty. I have had many triggers replaced/smithed in pistols and this just ROCKS! To be fair, I have not tried any other 10/22 triggers, but do not hesitate on this. Easy to install and breaks perfectly. Super Impressed and pleased. For the record, I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to share. Get one and be ready to say WOW! Nice work KIDD!

recently finished a 10/22 build and finally got to shoot the rifle. Used a Kidd single stage trigger, both and all the pins. Used a TS barrel, should have used a kidd. All I can say is, the Kidd parts are awesome. Good to see quality work still made in the USA

I can hardly believe how good this trigger is
I've been around firearms all my life. I've fired a wide variety of long guns. The Kidd trigger is, by far, the best trigger I have ever experienced. If you're looking to spruce up an existing 10-22, or build one up component-by-component, Kidd is *the* trigger to use.

Wow! what a difference between the Kidd and the factory trigger. No comparison in quality! The Kidd trigger winds hands down! Can't wait to take it to the range.
