710 cci
I ordered to run 710 cci suppressed and it still does not cycle. It runs anything faster, but not 710. Purchase and shipping was top notch as well as any follow-up from Kidd.

I bought this to shoot CCI Quiet in my 10/22. It was not light enough to cycle correctly. I cut 3 twists off this spring and still not enough.

Softer than the stock spring
If you use your stock spring guide you’ll need to modify it. Spring works great for sub sonic loads as advertised.

Ruger 10/22 guide rod springs and kit
I've been having a problem getting my 10/22 to cycle with standard velocity and subsonic rounds. I installed a 10% weaker spring and so far the gun runs beautifully. Do buy the entire guide rod kit instead of just the spring, though, as the original rods is expanded on the end to capture the spring. You could grind the peen off, but then you have lost the original guide rod. By buying the guide rod kit you have the option of trying the different springs and you can always go back to all original.
