Avoiding chassis flex — our engineering
Each chassis begins as a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum and is machined into a
rigid, stable platform engineered for precision shooting. The long 14 5/16" forend provides generous
support-area length for bags, bipods, and ARCA clamps while maintaining
structural stiffness under load. The design includes an access port for the KIDD Supergrade barrel screw, allowing
barrel swaps or adjustments without removing the barreled action. For receivers
without a rear tang, the included stabilizer screw applies light tension to
secure the action—just 10 in-lb
is sufficient. KIDD Rear Tang users enjoy a fully supported, locked-in
interface and omit the stabilizer screw altogether.
Installation & break-in tips

Install the tang filler before seating non-tang
receivers

Tighten the stabilizer screw hand-tight only (about 10 in-lb)

Avoid over-torquing—excess force pushes the
action forward

Skip the stabilizer screw entirely with KIDD Rear Tang receivers

Confirm torque settings for all M-LOK® slots and
